We want you to love your Sojourn pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Free Returns (Canada & USA)

We offer free returns for orders shipped within Canada and the United States when requested within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email hello@sojourn-swim.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Our team will reply with next steps and a prepaid return label if your return is approved.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@sojourn-swim.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label (Canada & USA only)

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is available for Canada and USA orders only

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend keeping your return tracking information until your refund is processed

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sojourn-swim.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
